RIELA MOBILE CLEANER
Mobile cleaning system: PROF-SEED mobile on trailer with and without weather protection. Thanks to its compact design, this mobile cleaner can be used universally and achieves better utilization through quick and easy relocation. The PROF-SEED mobile cleaner is equivalent in terms of its functions to a stationary cleaning system.
RIELA PRE-CLEANER
Pre-cleaners work according to the air classifier principle. The components,
which are lighter than grain, are thoroughly sucked off and separated. The RIELA pre-cleaner type Air-Seed is an effective pre-cleaner for grain, grass seeds, pulses, oil seeds, granulates, etc. The built-in product distributor ensures a better cleaning result.
RIELA ® STATIONARY DRYER
By using a RIELA continuous or circulation dryer, an optimal cost-performance result is achieved. The stationary RIELA continuous and circulation dryers are galvanized or made of aluminum. Hourly outputs of up to 120 t / h for grain and 4% moisture removal or up to 18 t / h for maize and 20% moisture removal can be achieved.
As an option, the RIELA tunnel dryers can be equipped with surface burners, so that the individual drying zones are supplied with optimal and product-specific hot air temperatures. This is extremely important in terms of economical use of energy and to protect the dry goods.
